Am feeling quite sad
And I don't really know why
I think I'm lonely.
(So I don't really think I'm lonely; I know I am.)
My throat still feels crap
But no doctor phone calls yet
I am a whinger.
(I guess that means I don't have glandular fever? Or that they've simply lost my blood, or my phone number, or the ability to dial telephones?)
School was fine today
Have nothing special to say
I love my kidlets.
(One wrote a WHOLE paragraph backwards today. As in, I needed a mirror to read it - she started from right to left, and wrote each word perfectly in reverse. Kooky.)
And this evening
I am going line dancing
I am a big dork.
(My mum is the dancing queen, I'm just going along for the ride. Last time I went dancing, my lack of co-ordination saw me spinning off in one direction while everyone else went the other way.)

hooray for line dancing! and hooray for haiku!
I'm so horrid at haiku, I'll just marvel at your magnificence :D
I love line dancing :D hahahaha
Woohoo line dancing, that should be Fun!! Can't remember the last time I did that, and I think it was to that horrid song, achy break heart. Wait, we're talkin about the same kind of line dancing right? lol BTW, I LOVE the paint job on your blog! :)
we were never taught haiku... our school was pretty stingy, actually. *pullsface*
have fun linedancing... wahahaha
don't tell my heart, my achy breaky heart
I hope you feel love
Because I send it to you
Haiku makes me smile
xx
I love that you do blog posts in haiku form. Ha!
I couldn't write a haiku or a poem or a story if my life depended on it - yours are great!
You are so artsy--haiku AND line dancing in one day?
Are you wearing cowgirl boots?
I've never been able to master a line dance of any sort. So confusing!
Is that specific kidlet a lefty? Cause I can write backwards like that too and I always attributed it to being left-handed?
