This video is dedicated to anyone who's ever had to do the daily commute in inner-city London - particularly on the evil, evil Central line. It's an old video, but a good'un, and I had a full blown belly chuckle listening to the comedian's recount of travelling by tube.
Hope you enjoy!
Oh I love Michael McIntyre!! He's funny, and not offensive! Amazing for a British comedian. And he's right, we do have an amazing ability to let people off the train whilst also getting on.
ReplyDeleteA few days after the 7/7 attacks I was going to the theatre (so posh) and they'd obviously closed a whole bunch of tubes and honestly, I thought I was going to collapse from the heat of it all and not being able to breathe and being stuck in an old mans armpit and not being able to hold on to anything so getting further wedged in as I fell between people. I love the tube though. As a country girl, I was so proud when, in February, I finally found my way to where I was going without going wrong - I've got the hang of it! 'Course I haven't been to London since, so I bet I've lost it now.
having a laugh too aly...but more so at the calamity of trying to use scotish pounds in england... so true...so very very true....
ReplyDeleteI live in America but I still think it's funny!
